Shipping

• All in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday – Friday.
• All out of stock, personalized or custom orders are provided with a projected ship date range.
• FedEx ground is our standard delivery option. FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight can be selected at checkout.
• P.O. Boxes are not acceptable shipping addresses.

Delivery Estimates

Please note the following when estimating your delivery.

• Allow 1-2 days for handling time Monday – Friday.
• Normal ground delivery is 3-5 business day in the continental US.
• Credit card authorization, payment and verification must be received prior to order processing.
• FedEx Next Day Deliveries occur before 10:30 am Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays.
• FedEx Two Day Deliveries occur Monday – Friday during normal business hours, excluding major holidays.
• FedEx Standard Deliveries occur Monday – Friday during normal business hours, excluding major holidays.

Domestic Shipping

• All orders ship from DICA’s Headquarters: 4101 120th Street, Urbandale, IA 50323.
• Orders not for resale with U.S. delivery addresses will not be charged sales tax with the exceptions of Iowa, Colorado and California.
• Iowa: Orders not for resale will be charged sales tax applicable to their zip code.
• Colorado: Orders not for resale will be charged sales tax applicable to their zip code.
• California: Orders not for resale will be charged sales tax applicable to their zip code.
